Each training session is tailored to the individual needs of the basketball player and supported by the use of the latest basketball technologies (K-Bands, Fit-Light...).

    This segment of training focuses on developing strength, endurance, speed, agility, and flexibility to prepare players for demanding physical situations on the court.
  2. Shooting Technique Training
    This training is aimed at improving players' shooting technique. Through various exercises and corrections, players will work on achieving proper shooting mechanics, accuracy, and consistency.
  3. Guard Skills Training
    This training is specifically designed for guards and focuses on developing skills such as ball handling, dribbling, passing, creating shots, and one-on-one play. The goal is to enhance guards in all aspects of the game to be effective and creative on the court.
  4. Center Skills Training
    This training is specifically tailored for centers and focuses on developing skills such as post positioning, rebounding, shot blocking, rebounding, and playing close to the basket. The goal is to improve centers in all aspects of the game to be dominant in the paint and provide support to the team.
